The rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment. They were clean, plenty of towels, everything worked as it should including A/C. Just worn out.

The staff was great at getting you set up. Lauren was very accommodating, getting our group 2 rooms together with an early check in.

The hotel sits right on a strand of pristine beach that is wide with beautiful white sand. Access to the beach is great. Location to downtown is excellent.

The pool bar staff were very pleasant. Service was good, drinks were good, nothing special, but very good. We didn't eat at the restaurant.

The pool was heated to perfect temp, crystal clear with no heavy chlorine feel or odor. Pool area is kept clean, towels available, music playing, great view of beach from area. There were plenty of games available such as volleyball, corn hole, golf sling, and maybe more.

The patio room was better than the 2nd floor room I stayed in days before. It was cleaner. The air conditioner is super noisy.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure both our comfort and safety. However there was a lot of miscommunication with the staff on how to deal with the issues I had.

There was a large pool and seating area (no hot tub) that had direct access to the public beach. There was also a full-service bar and seating area as well.
